Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
As I was a mom with one child at my side and other children with me in the cradle worked 12 hours a day sanding flooring and tearing off wallpaper. Ha! We were getting close to being done, yet the project was still a way off. To furnish the home, it was going to be an enormous undertaking both in both time and funds. Also, I had to go out and shop for my most-loved items. In order to stay within budget, I began taking my kids to estate sales in search of diamonds. Our weekly routine was to walk from Thursday through Saturday through garage and estate sales buying a mixture of old and new pieces as well as spending on weekdays painting and sanding the driveway. It looked a bit similar to this... This is where my love for the restoration of antique furniture began. Even though the house had been furnished, I could not quit. I had an area at the market, where I would sell objects. Eventually, my collection grew so large that the room I had available was not enough. My home was where I started hosting open houses, where over 1,000 people were able to come in to purchase anything they liked on the 1st floor in just one weekend. My business Growing Days began here. The business wasn't just thriving but I was growing our sweet family as well. There was a perfect balance between the start of a company as well as being a mom. Growing Days was the obvious option. My beautiful Nora arrived in the year 2013, our 4th child. While I was pleased about the direction my company went, I was feeling like I had to take an occasional break. I opted to take a little breaks from my old furniture and slow down to remain at home with the children. This was precisely what I required. However, after just a couple of minutes the phone started to ring. Numerous people reached me to ask for advice regarding home improvements and decor. The majority of people who contacted me were from those who attended one of my furniture open house events. It didn't seem long until I had a fully-fledged business for home improvement. I began by taking clients on one with a speed I could be confident in. When you first told me about my business in home renovation I was astonished. Actually I still kind of laugh when I think about the idea.
